Zip Phin who is a homebred stallion was sent to De Radstake Stud in Holland as a 2 year old to be prepared for his KWPN grading which he successfully competed and passed the first phase with the comment by the Dutch judges that he was “like a rubber ball” and went on to make it into the Dutch Horse Papers. He then had to attend another grading where he was given a very high mark for his jumping ability but we were informed that he was not mature enough and should return under saddle. Anna broke and produced him through British Novice and Discovery as a 4 year old until she fell pregnant at the end of 2008 at which time he was moved to De Radstake Stud and Stal Puck where he was ridden by Ester Blekkink and Robert Puck respectively. Zip Phin’s career went from strength to strength competing and winning at 1.25 and 1.30 level in Holland and Austria. In June 2010 Zip Phin returned home for Anna to take over the reins again and in just a couple of months he has achieved all his double clears in Foxhunter and will now be aimed at the Winter Qualifiers and age classes. Zip Phin has already produced exceptional youngstock who are showing a lot of quality.

U Star was purchased at the end of 2006 as a 5 year old. As a 2 year old Star was awarded the Reserve Champion Loose Jumping title at the KWPN Stallion Gradings but during his ridden assessment he became increasingly difficult and was gelded as a 4 year old. Anna and Star have developed a good partnership or should we say understanding over the past 4 years with several breaks along the way due to Anna’s pregnancy and injuries etc. However, 2010 has brought many successes to the past with good results in the Foxhunter Second Rounds and HOYS Grade C Qualifiers as well as winning and being placed at 1.35 level. The pair will now aim for bigger and better things next year.
C SERENDIPITY
C SERENDIPTY - High expectations are pinned on this one! Serendipity was purchased due to her being very closely related to Tangelina and Tangelos. By the same Father Tangelo Van De Zuuthoeve and out of a Calvados mare she has some of Anna’s favourite breeding having had such wonderful experiences with the aforementioned pair. Serendipity has the real wow factor loose jumping and is in the process of being broken in, a real talent for the future.
BABE SURPRISE
BABE SURPRISE is a 5 year old KWPN Mare purchased in 2008 for her fantastic bloodlines. Babe was small when she arrived but after having a foal this year she has flourished and really matured. She has recently been broken in and shows an incredibly athletic loose jump. An exciting prospect for the future.
SWEET SHUTTERFLY
SWEET SHUTTERFLY is the last homebred offspring from our wonderful old mare Gretna Green. Sweet who is registered Oldenburg is an exceptionally well matured 5 year old who has recently been broken and working well on the flat and over small jumps. Showing a classic loose jump and effortless technique, a real prospect for age classes.
